How long does it take to make a painting?
Each painting varies in size and complexity. Completion time can range from several days to a few weeks, not including curing time and final varnishing.

What materials do you use?
I work primarily with professional-grade oil paints and materials, including Gamblin artist oils and varnishes, on canvas or panel.

Purchasing & Availability

Can I purchase original paintings through the website?
Yes. Original oil paintings currently available for purchase are listed on the Available Work page.

Can I view a painting in person before purchasing?
If you are local or visiting the area, a private studio viewing may be arranged by appointment. Please use the contact page to inquire.

Do you accept commissions?
Yes. I accept a limited number of commissions that align with my style and subject matter. Please contact me to discuss availability.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you offer free shipping?
Original oil paintings ship free within the continental United States. Free shipping may also apply to greeting card orders above a certain quantity. Shipping for other items is calculated at checkout.

How quickly are orders shipped?
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 business days. Framed paintings may require additional handling time.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International shipping costs and delivery times vary depending on destination and customs requirements.

Which carriers do you use?
Prints and cards are shipped via USPS. Framed paintings are shipped via UPS.

Do you provide installation services?
No. Paintings arrive ready to hang, but installation is not included.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?
Original artwork may be returned within 7 days of delivery. Please contact me within this timeframe to initiate a return. Artwork must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Care

How should I care for an oil painting?
Oil paintings should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from high humidity. Dust gently with a soft brush as needed. Avoid household cleaners or chemicals, which can cause permanent damage.
